For both the Ford Fiesta and Escort RS Turbo's we no longer offer remapping on the original engine management systems due to there limiting performance and unreliable operation which suffer with all kinds of running problems which simply cannot be fixed.
Whilst the Weber Marelli Cosworth management was a popular conversion choice for the CVH RS turbos it is now no longer recommended due to the difficulty in finding genuine sensors and increased price making it no longer financially viable compared to newer more supported aftermarket management systems.
We therefore offer two levels of engine management for these cars:
The OMEX 600 is an ideal choice for the fiesta & escort RS turbo being budget freindly and offering a lot more features than the standard and cosworth management did.
Fitted with a new custom engine loom made to suit your car we install all new sensors, a 3.5bar map sensor, latest Bosch EV14 injectors and in the case of the Escort RS Turbo we also modify the inlet manifold to accept the new fuel injectors along with a new fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pipes. A new front pulley with 36-1 trigger is fitting along with a new crank sensor and mount to suit.

AEM Infinity Series 5
Similar in principle to the OMEX 600 conversion, this conversion adds the sophistication of the AEM Infinity ECU. In addition to the excellent engine running control, this ecu can add:
- Individual ignition coils
- Active knock control
- Wide band closed loop fueling
- Drive by wire throttle
- 12 position boost control
- 12 position launch and anti lag
- 12 position traction control
