We are specialists in Weber Marelli IAW management as fitted to Ford Escort and Sierra Cosworth’s and can remap all versions including L1, L6, L8 and P8 as well as other versions found on cars such as the Lancia Delta. We can also add extras such as 12 position boost control to give the ecu full control of boost from minimum actuator pressure to a Santa Pod “Balls out” setting, all at the twist of a 12 position rotary knob. We can cater for all injector sizes from standard through to 1000cc, and offer a comprehensive remapping service including cold start mapping so that the refinement of your vehicle is as good as a modern car!
For those who are unable to bring their car to our workshop, such as our overseas customers, we offer a mail order service with complete setup instructions for the supply of custom chips. We can cater for virtually any engine specification, injector size and turbo. We have an unrivaled reputation for the quality of our mapping. Typically we will spend up to 3 days re-calibrating your aftermarket ecu, so that all areas of your vehicle running are like a factory vehicle. This will include complete mapping of startup from cold to hot to ensure minimum cranking time and clean starting regardless of temperature, idle control from cold to hot to ensure a steady idle, cold drivability, all transient conditions to ensure smooth throttle blips and smooth tip in/out, warm drivability to give maximum economy and performance, and of course full load mapping to ensure correct fueling, ignition timing and boost control if turbocharged!
We cater for all engine types including throttle bodies, turbocharged, supercharged, nitrous setup and mapping, launch and traction control as well as more advanced strategies such as drive by wire (DBW). We also offer the facility to fit individual thermocouples to your exhaust manifold so that we can map individual cylinder trims on those ecu’s that allow it.
