Using the same cylinder head setup as in the 300bhp engine, the main change to this engine is the use of a 2.0 black top Zetec bottom end. This is converted using our Farndon H section rods, the sump is modified to suit the required gearbox and starter motor application.
The zetec block is modified to accept a CVH water pump and cambelt tensioner, and we now use a specially manufactured headgasket designed for the zetec bore size but with the oil and water ways to suit the CVH head.
The block is modified to accept our CVH M12 head bolts. This engine is typically used with a Garrett T38 turbo.
